Overwhelmed by the abundance of events? Want to meet new people?
We invite you to a daily informal networking event where you can take a breath, enjoy some beverages, and even learn some fiber crafts. Feel free to drop in and relax with us for as little or as much as you’d like, learn a new skill, and introduce yourself to fellow conference attendees!
While instruction will be provided, you will need to bring a ball of worsted weight yarn and (for knitting) a pair of US size 7 (4.5mm) needles, or (for crocheting) a size H (5.00mm) hook. These can be purchased at most craft stores, but please consider supporting local businesses by purchasing from The Quarter Stitch, located 0.4 miles from the Sheraton hotel. Materials for cross-stitch and embroidery will be provided.
