Abstract

This panel of non-tenure track (NTT) faculty members will use examples from their respective careers to show the many different directions NTT faculty can take to progress their careers. More specifically, the panelists will discuss why they chose their respective paths (NTT vs. TT); what activities (internal and external to the university) helped them become successful; how they got involved with those activities; and what plans they have for the future, along with how they intend to implement the future plans.
