Session Submission Type: Panel
Technology is transforming business, and the accounting profession is not immune to its effect. This panel will provide an argument for why accountants should embrace the role of "owning" technology’s impact on business (based on Pathways Commission work), will describe the technologies that are currently changing accounting practice, and will lead a discussion on what programs should be doing to prepare students for this environment.
