Abstract

Students are taught how to utilize basic Excel skills while developing comprehensive operating budgets. Once the budget is completed utilizing Excel cell references and forumla, students are presented with various scenarios and they adjust the data to determine the effects on the company's net income, cash flow and financial ratios. In addition, this project teaches product pricing.
