Abstract

This session will address the latest issues and developments of importance to department chairs, directors and other administrative faculty that have influence over faculty development and administrative responsibility for accreditation (AACSB). The panel members will share their extensive experience in what to look out for and how to best prepare for the wholesale changes forthcoming from AACSB with regards to readying your institutions for your next successful accreditation outcome. As well, panel members will discuss and offer ways to involve non-tenure track faculty in a meaningful and productive manner.
