The presentation will focus development and delivery a certificate of recognition for teaching program designed to help instructors apply effective instructional strategies in their classes and gain an understanding of their university faculty role. A “flipped classroom” approach was used to prepare participants for the course content before the face-to-face workshop activities. The course was developed using Articulate Storyline and Desire2Learn course management system. A discussion of the certificate program, challenges, evaluation results, and future direction will be provided.
