Short Description

This paper is a review of the literature on the inequality issues in adoption and diffusion of technology. There are some differences in terms of the use of technology among different ethnicities, genders, socioeconomic status. However, the study on this topic belongs generally to earlier than 2000 although the technology is improving and becoming more prevalent in society. Future research should focus more on new technologies and their effects.
