Short Description

In 2014, English Language Learners (ELLs) will not only have to overcome deficits in their knowledge of English, they also have to overcome the technology skills gap that exists for students who have virtually no experience with technology. With these two challenges, learning English and gaining technology skills, ELLs face an uphill battle. This literature review will examine ELLs self-reported amount of computer technology and skills and test performance on online state assessments.
