Short Description

This is a mix method study using big data techniques to investigate how the teachers involve and perform their online activities in a faculty development community in China. Research questions are: a. What actions are associated with more learning (higher course grade, and high performance)? b. What actions indicate involvement and satisfaction? c. What actions will predict success? Quantitative and qualitative data are collected and mined.
