Short Description

This proposal presents a qualitative single-case study of an innovative approach to cultivating the 4Cs of 21st Century skills (communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity) in pre-service teacher education. This study uses the Marshmallow Challenge as a novel approach to teaching these skills to pre-service teachers and reports the results of applying such a new approach to teaching.
