This instructional program is a self-contained module of 120-minute length, and its topic is needs assessment. The target audience of the program includes graduate students who are studying at the Instructional Systems & Learning Technologies (ISLT) program at the Florida State University (FSU). The goal of the program is to teach target audience identifying gaps between current results and desired results, and creating performance objectives based on the identified gaps. The program utilized the principles of systematic instructional design and it is based on scenario-based learning approach and multimedia learning theory. Articulate Storyline was used to develop the program and Blackboard learning management system was used to make the program available to ISLT students.
