This presentation highlights the lessons learned in forming an instructional design services (IDS) team, and in establishing its role as change agents in a multi-campus university. The IDS team was essential to switching learning management systems, establishing new programs, and transitioning courses to new modalities, all in just one year. The focus of the presentation will be on how the lessons learned could be used to implement change at other institutions.
