A study is presented that identified 4 dimensions and 12 clusters of assistive technology (AT) implementation from the perspectives of AT experts. Evidence-based practices are discussed in the context of designing, planning, implementing, and assessing AT. This presentation is intended to open a dialogue among special education teachers, practitioners, and other stakeholders committed to ensuring the educational success of students with special needs, who wish to further explore the proper implementation of AT services.
