Advancing Assistive Technology Solutions for Students with Disabilities

Short Description

This presentation will discuss assistive technology improvements made during the past 15 years that have made it possible for a growing number of university students with disabilities to attend classes through live attendance or via videoconferencing. These accessible instruments aid students with issues, such as, visual impairments to full blindness, students with varying degrees of paralysis, hearing impaired and deaf students, and students with learning disabilities.
