Short Description

Change is constantly present within today’s organizations and the use of conversations may be a way to influence organizational change. Especially, when conversations are difficult or involve substantial change in regards to performance. This hands-on experience will employ a conceptual framework to encourage meaningful engagements for cultural change in higher education institutions. Participants will leave with real strategies to engage in conversations to frame and hold conversations around culture change in their own organizational context.
