Many courses require learners to read articles. In doing so, the process is generally the same; students have their own copy of the reading and do their reading in solitude. They make their own notes, and may or may not participate in the class discussion, whether online or face-to-face. This Inspire! session will introduce attendees to Perusall, a free social annotation tool, its features, and its functionality as an online collaborative reading and discussion tool.
