This poster session will provide a case study of in-service teachers who completed a 15-week field placement in a k-12 online school. The in-service teachers were students in the final course of a 3-course sequence that leads to a state professional standards committee endorsement for online teaching and learning. As part of the field experience, students complete weekly reflections of their observations. This poster will present an analysis of data from students’ reflective journals.
