This work examined the temporal dynamics of self-regulated learning (SRL) behaviors as 101 students designed green buildings in Energy3D, a simulation-based computer-aided design environment. We conducted a multivariate analysis using vector auto-regression model to investigate to what extent that two SRL behaviors interact with each other, and a network analysis to explore whether the two behaviors stimulate or inhibit one another.
