Short Description

School districts across the United States have begun to focus on the holistic learning of their students. This focus is making way for the importance of socio-emotional and socio-cultural learning, in addition to content learning. This study investigated the perceptions of 137 middle school students’ socio-emotional and socio-cultural learning in STEM. Through a Likert scale survey, responses from these students were gathered and analyzed. Research results and educational implications will be shared and discussed.
