Short Description

The number of social media users reached 3.5 billion around the world. People use social-media-based learning communities to make connections, exchange information and transfer knowledge, usually in informal settings. However, limited studies focused on investigating informal social-media-based learning communities. In this study, interaction in one of the informal communities was measured and insights about how people interacted and satisfied in the community are provided in detail.
