Virtual communities of practice (CoPs) in Instructional Design play an essential role in creating and transferring new and existing professional knowledge. This study examines the knowledge creation and sharing characteristics of 4,729 anonymized users’ posts from
the Instructional Designer Facebook group using exploratory analysis and natural language processing approaches.
