Short Description

During the COVID-19 pandemic, higher education instructional designers assisted their institutions in the abrupt shift to emergency remote teaching while learning to work remotely themselves. This study utilized hermeneutic phenomenology to gain an understanding of the lived experiences of those instructional designers. This session will share the research methodology and discuss findings from the study.
