The American Disability Act (ADA) has been implemented into American culture for over 30 years. However, implementation within the classroom has been lacking due to insufficient training, time, and overall understanding. This has resulted in educators not being comfortable or knowledgeable with implementing these regulations in their educational materials. Creating a shift in this knowledge base and the overall stigma behind implementation is vital to the effectiveness of learning.
