Short Description

It is the intent of this research study to evaluate a target group of teachers (n = 131) that are implementing a video-based evaluation recording device, a SwivlTM robot, to improve their pedagogical practices. Researcher will be taking a closer look at the factors that influence teacher performance to try and determine if the use of a video-based evaluation recording device can be used to enhance the overall performance quality of teachers.
