Historically excluded scholars such as Black, Indigenous women of color (BIWOC) disproportionately suffer from imposter syndrome (Ling et al., 2020; McCullough, 2020). In this roundtable, the author will present feedback gathered from a small, exploratory study on BIWOC in higher education that self-identified with imposter syndrome. Roundtable discussion will focus on developing strategies utilizing inclusive pedagogy and critical race feminism to address the instructional and non-instructional challenges of participants collected in the study.
