Short Description

In dental education, teaching students soft skills is not prioritized in the curriculum. Using a repeated-measures approach, the experimental study sought to explore productive ways to train faculty how to teach soft skills to students while determining what impact scenario-based e-learning has on learning gains and retention. The Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS) perception survey was used to evaluate the faculty’s attitude towards the scenario-based training.
