The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of a training program created to meet faculty development needs at a health sciences university. The study sought to identify what faculty learned throughout the program and whether they felt more confident designing effective and engaging instructional experiences following the course. Additionally, our analysis explored ways in which participating educators altered their teaching practices and the impact these pedagogical changes had on student learning outcomes.
