Short Description

Summative and confirmative evaluations are difficult to conduct through the design studio teaching model. Projects are delivered; the semester ends; everyone moves on. This panel presents the experiences of students tasked with designing a new training for real clients, the teams that evaluated their work the following semester, and the instructor who facilitated the hand-off. The purpose of this discussion is to explore opportunities for design students to evaluate authentic products through the studio model.
