The Relationships Between Students’ Profiles of Self-Regulation Skills and Academic Achievements Regarding their Online Interactions

Short Description

The lack of students' ability to manage their learning process in online learning requires to determine their display of self-regulation skills. This study reveals the profiles of students in a Turkish university considering their self-regulation skills with cluster analysis. Students were profiled in three clusters. Prominent LMS components revealed within the framework of these self-regulation and students’ profiles were interpreted. It was concluded that there was a significant relationship with goal setting, environment structuring, task strategies and self-evaluation but help-seeking, time management with the academic achievement no statistically significant relationship.
