Short Description

This case study explores the satisfaction of Chinese college students accustomed to a teacher-centered education culture with a student-centered education culture. We recruited Chinese college students who had never been exposed to American university courses and provided them with online courses in American universities via the Zoom conference platform and MOODLE learning management system. Based on participating students’ reported satisfaction, it is feasible for future online courses such as these described in this project to be offered in higher education institutions in China.
