Short Description

This paper presents the design process and plan for building a faculty community site launching in the Summer 2022 semester. This site will train faculty in online teaching and create an online instructor community. An effective faculty community site will impact student learning by bolstering best practices in online pedagogy. Following the ADDIE model, the needs for this site were assessed. Based on this primary needs Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation plans are created.
