Short Description

A higher education practitioner in an online school librarian preparation program discusses how she provided opportunities for authentic experiential learning for preservice school librarians to develop skills in leadership and collaboration. The author shares how she engaged in a Community of Practice alongside her students to model instructional collaboration with PK-12 teachers. This presentation is of interest to higher education practitioners in fully online programs.
