Examining of existing literature concerning the application of game-based learning, specifically Minecraft, on kids diagnosed with ADHD or ASD. Aims to compile the various integrations of Minecraft in different learning environments, observing the effects of Minecraft use on executive functioning skills of diagnosed children. Literature has shown increased participation and enjoyment when Minecraft is implemented into a curriculum. However, there is still a gap in the quantitative data linking executive function skill improvements to Minecraft.
