This case study investigated in-service teachers’ learning experiences of their participation in an online international collaboration project. This study reported on the results of a narrative research design. Data was collected from six in-service teachers in different U.S. public schools by using journals, blogs, and open questions. Results demonstrated that the online international collaboration could improve the understanding of project barriers, produce positive experiences with international learners, and apply knowledge to future professions.
