Short Description

This session, which is primarily aimed at faculty and instructional support team members, is designed to give participants a practical appreciation of how to use graphic novels effectively in education. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
articulate benefits of the use of graphic novels to support learning, identify characteristics of instructionally effective graphic novels, and identify steps to take when preparing to create a graphic novel for educational use.
