Short Description

The purpose of this study is to review how artificial intelligence can be adopted for organization development (OD). By adopting McLean’s (2005) classification of organization development interventions, opportunities and potential of artificial intelligence for OD will be summarized according to individual, team, process, and organizational interventions. Finally, implications and recommendations for future research will be elaborated.
