Short Description

The usability of an asynchronous online college course can have an impact on the overall learning experience for students. Utilizing a campus-wide template model, in which all online courses have consistent navigation and structure throughout their degree program, can provide a positive user experience for online students. This qualitative study examined the usability of an online course within a template model. This session will discuss the results of the usability study and recommended practices.
