Short Description

Having started from a need for in-depth examination on elementary STEM teachers' Professional Learning Networks (PLN), this case study explored elementary STEM teachers' use of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK). The results showed instructional strategies and Pedagogical Knowledge appear prevalent in the PLN. Also, we discuss implications on STEM teachers' discourses on OER and TPACK benefited through PLNs.
