In Event: D&D- Developing Digital Learning Experience Using an Iterative Educational Design Approach
The study focuses on the development and refinement of a self-paced online course called risk-based inspection of food imports (RIFI). Researchers applied an educational design approach including heuristics evaluation, user experience study, and learner experience study. The result indicates the course is usable and effective for beginners. The study also suggests that the emerging field of learning experience design combines multiple literacies as it expands on instructional design, user experience, and diverse research methods.
