Short Description

The pandemic created a shift to remote teaching and remote teacher professional development (PD). Many education professionals and administrators were forced to find ways to support and provide PD. Personal networks became even more important given the struggle to find quality PD to support effective student learning. This presentation shares findings from a study of teachers’ post-remote professional development practices and online networks. Implications for enhancing and supporting PD for post-remote teaching will be shared.
