14. DDL- How do conference participants engage in online discourse at Twitter Conference? A multiple case study

Short Description

This multiple case study investigates Twitter conference participants’ online discourse. Twitter archive from a digital conference was collected using its official hashtag. Total 1,782 tweets were analyzed to identify conference participants’ unique activities at the individual level. Subsequently, 373 tweets with replies were analyzed to identify the same types of activity among conversations. Among 293 participants, top five users were selected for this multiple case study. These users’ tweets explain about 21% of initial tweets.
