Most schools have been under transformation recently since the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic has provided possibilities for an effective blend of online and offline learning, but the challenge is to design and implement blended learning optimally by determining the best aspect among its dimensions. To meet this challenge, this research seeks to explore design principles for blended learning considering quadrants of its types. This was done through a literature review and expert validation.
