Short Description

Remote work and online work environments have become more common in workplace settings since the COVID-19 pandemic. The professional environment, including its technology, roles, relationships, and activities, has changed dramatically, and organizations should understand its impact on their employees. This study examines employees’ perceptions of job roles, colleague relationships, and knowledge-sharing activities as having been impacted or changed in any way by remote work.
