This presentation emphasizes the importance of Universal Design for Learning to support language learning through digital technologies, including social media platforms and an AI-powered tool (ChatGPT). Recovering from the impact of the COVID pandemic, the presentation demonstrates practical strategies for removing learning barriers and leveraging linguistic skills and cross-cultural competence.
