Television has evolved from a one-way communication medium of information and entertainment sources to becoming a powerful tool for learning. With digital technology, TV has adapted to provide innovative opportunities for knowledge dissemination and sharing through the concept of “participatory culture” for all levels of education, whether formal or informal.
