AECT 2022 Convention Page
This study aimed to explore the professional competencies for Learning Experience Design (LXD). Following a systematic process, we examined 388 unique job announcements collected from 2 databases over 4 months. Using a conceptual framework, we examined these announcements for knowledge, skill, and ability statements, the findings of which are reported here in relation to the more established domain of instructional design (ID). We provide potentially unique facets of LXD in this regard.
