Digital transformation and organization training: Insights from L&D leaders

Short Description

Digital transformation and the onset of Industry 4.0 have played a major role in current industry Learning and Development (L&D) practices. To understand the impacts of digital transformation on organizational training, we conducted a descriptive phenomenological study. Five L & D leaders from five different industry sectors (health care, pharmaceutical, information technology, education, military) were recruited through a purposive sampling method. The authors will present the # themes through a thematic analysis.
