A University Task Force Reflects on Effects and Future Benefits of the Extended Classroom Modality

Short Description

Extended Classroom (EC) is a blended modality adopted by a university in the southwest United States in response to safety concerns during the pandemic. Co-leaders of a university task force charged with investigating the implementation, effects, and continued use of EC reflect on their findings, recommendations, and policy proposals for EC. In particular, the presenters will discuss how EC did and did not meet the needs of a diverse student body.
