Research involving professional development during and post-pandemic led to many programs exploring a variety of tools and delivery methods in an attempt to find effective strategies to support the needs of adult learners in a world of chaos. In this presentation, we will look at the evolution of a single professional development program from the pre-pandemic vision into the post-pandemic implementation and how technology has supported this transformation of practice.
