Although physical fitness activities are linked with health and cognitive function, many individuals lack the motivation to exercise regularly. Virtual reality (VR) fitness apps are created to encourage physical activity by immersing participants in engaging games that encourage user movement. This interactive session explores the ability of VR games to motivate physical activity. Discussions will be interwoven throughout the session, and attendees will have opportunities to experience a VR app designed to support physical fitness.
